ePharmacy uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as due to safety issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.

Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Postage and handling for international orders

International customers now have the option to choose between Express Courier International for full express door-to-door service, or International Airmail for a much cheaper, but slightly slower alternative. The site will automatically calculate the amounts for both methods as you place the order and you will have the option to choose the one that best fits your requirements.

Express Courier International provides delivery to most western countries in 3-5 business days with online tracking of the parcel and signature on delivery.
International Airmail will generally take 2-3 days longer.

ePharmacy will despatch on the same day the order is received providing the order is received before 10.00am (EST) and goods are in stock. All other orders will be despatched the next business day. Prescriptions will be dispensed and despatched the same day the actual prescription is received.
